Trump did not spend FEMA money on illegals. The few that came in under his 4 year term were housed and supported by NGOs and sanctuary cities.
When Biden came in he and Harris opened up the flood gates at the border and FEMA was housing them and providing food for them. I recall that on the border FEMA staged storage, large storage units, to keep baby food and diapers that were intended only for the illegal babies that were unlawfully allowed in. We saw that on the TV. That was during the Covid at that time.
