You’re right. And the last time I visited the Vatican, the Swiss Guards stood proudly at the Pope’s residence, ready and willing *under orders* to deny/7 entry to anyone who is uninvited. And try to enter the cathedral after hours. The doors don’t swing freely 24/7. The pope should limit his comments about his clergy who don’t always do what they are vowed to do and not do.

I will not walk into a church with anorganized religion. I learned by watching bible thumping ‘Christians’ in as croked democrat run town in TN in the early 2000’s. I saw not only parishioners but pastors and a priest get up in a courtroom in H——–, TN and bear false witness against a woman. They were paid in “donations” for church repairs, or one neeed a new roof, some donations were for “special dispensations”, etc. etc. In fact, that’s actually the way our gov’t works.

Pope Francis needs to read Romans 13, which says that “Let every person be subject to the governing authorities.” Governing authorities have the right set the rules by which they govern. If you do not obey the law they have the right to punish you. They have the right to make & enforce immigration laws. It is their duty to protect their citizens from those who would do them harm. Because I am a Lutheran I am not compelled to follow his dictates. I follow the teachings of the Holy Scriptures, which are infallible. Popes are not infallible.
