Melania Trump is highly intelligent and caring woman. It did not surprise me one bit she showed her respect to another “first lady”. However. I am NOT surprised at Clunton’s reaction as she is, in my opinion. neither intelligent nor caring about anyone but herself. She is truly a very hate filled and despicable person and as such a DARLING of the DEMOCRATS.
That Melania showed up knowing she’d be ostracized shows class. That the other First “ladies” (and I use that term loosely) were going to freeze her out shows what lack of class they have. That they had to be SHAMED into acting like ladies is an indication of the loss of dignity our first ladies have.

Melanie Trump has class. The Democrats don’t at least not since Roselyn Carter. I didn’t like Carter’s politics but he was in over his head. Mrs. Carter always was gracious in the southern style. But Democrat First Ladies after are a different breed. They think they run the country with their husbands. And I know they are extremely rude to their SS members who are guarding them. I know that because a friend of my husband’s was one of the top SS members. He told us how badly they were treated by the Democrats. Clinton’s and Obama’s were the worst. The Democrats may think that they can be nasty to Melania Trump but she is a lot stronger than she looks. She can chew them up and spit them out because she is smarter than any of them.
I do not remember any stories of Mrs. Trump stealing things from the White House, antiques etc….Mrs. Clinton was required to return all items that did not belong to her…they were the property of the American people.
