  1. These sentences are not nearly long enough. And to expect repayment is a shot in the dark. How do thieves of this caliber ever pay back what the stole. 15 years, 6 years is not enough to deter future activity of this kind, IMO

  2. Pray Tell, Did you confiscate everything available. How much was recovered? If they robbed a Bank, this sentence would not happen. Why? So two of them serve a year and the other will be released after how long? These silly sentences tell thieves that “Doing the crime is Worth the time.” Pathetic. They should have lost everything and had a much harsher sentence on the two companions complicit in this massive theft. Y’all must believe that 10 million is petty theft!
