Kristi Noem is one of the most hands-on Secretaries in the W.H. She is doing more than the last Secretary did in the White House. Working with the men and women in her agency, she is setting an example. Working together with Tom Homan and other agencies whenever she needs help or backup. Megan Kelly does have a point, she should be delegating her authority and reporting her progress to the President. If the President is fine the way she is running her Agency then that’s great.
