The person(s) who leaked the falsehood should be tried for TREASON and punished accordingly. there are many acts being perpetrated recently that jeopardize the security of the US and its citizens that should be reclassified as treason and tried accordingly.
on a bit different situation! any person who verbally or physically incites violence against persons or property should be charged, tried and sentenced as if they actually committed the acts of violence.
